朝食は美味しく頂けました。 菊川ならではのお茶のサービスとても良かったです。 あと果物があるともっと良いかと思いました。 また部屋のキー🔑ですが、そろそろカードキーにした方が良いかと思いました。 鍵だと一つしかなく、二人でお風呂へ行く場合や 一人が部屋で寝ている場合に困ります。 ご検討ください。

わけがわからない

禁煙ツインで予約はされてるが部屋はないというわけがわからない状況。喫煙ツインしか空きがなく、仕方なく我慢してタバコ臭い部屋に宿泊。 大浴場にいきましたが、部屋から持っていったタオル類もタバコ臭く拭くのを諦めて、濡れた髪のままフロントへ行って交換しました。 それなのに翌日の朝にホテルから電話があり、「宿泊してないがどうしてか」とのこと。 「ちゃんと泊まりました」と伝え部屋は確保されていたのか聞いても返答なく、本当にわけがわからないです。

夕食も下のお店で１０００円で食べられるようになり 近所に食事できるところが少なくとても良いと思いました ボリュームも多く、１０００円は驚きでした。 ただ、ぜんぜん、お客さんがいなくて、ちょっと心配になりました。

ゆっくりさせていただきました。

間違えて喫煙タイプのお部屋を頼んでしまいましたが、変更してくださり、荷物も移動しておいてくださいました。 温泉も清潔で、入れる時間帯も長く遅くに疲れてチェクインしたので、とてもゆったりできました。 朝食も、おすすめ食材を案内してくださり、美味しくいただけました。

価格に見合う

お部屋は清潔でしたがエアコンなどホコリがついておりカビ臭い臭いもしました。またお部屋の照明の内部に虫がいくつも入り込んでおりお手入れが行き届いていないと感じます。気にならない方、出張などで一泊されるなら問題ないのかもしれません。スタッフさんの対応は素晴らしかったです。
