"Sand, Sun & Fun" est un condo de deux chambres en bord de mer avec une vue magnifique sur l'ocĂ©an car il est situĂ© au milieu du bĂątiment, donc vous ne manquerez de rien. Il est idĂ©alement situĂ© au mĂȘme niveau que la piscine, le centre de remise en forme et l'allĂ©e menant Ă  la plage. Nouveau plancher en planches, meubles de terrasse en polywood, y compris une table Ă  manger pour profiter des repas Ă  l'extĂ©rieur tout en regardant les vagues, nouvelle literie et mobilier de salle de bain, y compris un miroir grossissant, et nouveau dĂ©cor dans tout le condo. Nous avons Ă©galement ajoutĂ© des casseroles, des poĂȘles, un gril Foreman, un Cuisinart et bien plus encore. Notre casier de rangement a un assortiment de chaises de plage, de parapluies, de jouets et de planches de bodyboard. Un Ă©quipement bĂ©bĂ© moderne est fourni aux clients et est rangĂ© Ă  l'Ă©cart pour ceux qui n'en ont pas besoin. Ustensiles de cuisine / bar, livres, jeux et puzzles amĂ©liorĂ©s pour adultes et enfants. Condo a 2 chambres et bains Queen, plus un canapĂ©-lit Queen dans le salon. Laveuse / sĂ©cheuse. WIFI. Parking was easy. Rooms were clean, the balcony floor was very slick (like it had been cleaned with an oil based product?) We had to wipe it down to prevent slipping. Overall beautiful condo, and would 100% book again.

The condo was the perfect size for two couples. The location on the first floor was perfect to walk right out to the beach and the pool area was very nice. The hosts were wonderful to work with and they communicated all details for our trip in a timely manner. The location in Kill Devil Hills is close to lots of shopping and wonderful restaurants.

Most amazing, one fixable problem

The location was great, as were the amenities. We loved the beach cart and chairs especially. Plenty of parking. Clean, well furnished, and as listed. Kitchen is very well supplied! The only thing we didn't like is that the beds and linens were both uncomfortable. Scratchy, stiff sheets and a horribly uncomfortable mattress in one of the rooms (not sure about the other, as a kiddo slept there). Please get new mattresses so we can stay again next year!

We loved this very thoughtful condo building! Not only did we enjoy the ocean views, and the beach access but also we enjoyed the many thoughtful touches belonging to this building . The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed. The condo also was decorated well and has an updated decor . Thanks for a lovely place to stay on our vacation.

Perfect Rental

Perfect rental for us! Very clean with updated furniture and appliances. Condo was stocked well with cooking utensils and even games and books. Large deck overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed being able to walk right out onto the beach or to the pool. Would stay here again for sure!

Beds were very hard. Didn’t sleep well. Smoke alarms in the whole complex went off at midnight. We were never Informed of why but had to rush outside. Dogs barking all night. Kids running up and down the hallway. We just felt what we paid was too high for what we had to experience. We left a day earlier. Very disappointing. Will not stay there anymore.

Nice Property in a great location

Overall it was really good! Wonderful location. Beautiful views. Nice layout. The property manager was very response to the one complaint we had which was that the cleaning crew had forgotten to clean one of the bathrooms. The manager was very responsive and offered us a late checkout the following day, as well as to send someone out and rectify the situation. I would def stay here again

Steps from the beach

We enjoyed our stay and loved the fact that we were steps from the ocean. It was an easy task to walk out the door and onto a ramp that took us right down to the beach. Our condo was on the first floor so we had a view of the water from our patio but not of the actual beach area which was blocked by the sand dunes. You might be able to see the beach area from the second or third floor. The condo was very clean. I would recommend that you take your own supplies like hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, kitchen towels, garbage bags. Those things are not supplied. The plus is each unit has its own storage in the garage and ours was furnished with chairs and an umbrella which was very nice. We were also very close to a lot of attractions like the Jockey Stste park with the sand dunes, Jeanette’s Pier, putt putt, and a dolphin watching cruise. There’s plenty to do and I would recommend staying here

Good location

Well stocked with pots, pans , essentials etc. Nice distance from the beach. Was disappointed that the shuffle board wasn't available to play. The sliders to the deck needed some repairs, the railing also needed to be repaired for safety. The inside was clean and comfortable. Not sure what was going on with the Internet service couldn't make phone calls from inside .

Unseasonably colder and rainy for our stay but we still managed to have a wonderful time. Loved the updated counters and floors in the unit, would recommend.

Nice location, nice condo

The condo appeared as described with recent updates. It was a nice view and convenient to beach. Appreciated the use of beach chairs and umbrellas. The building itself needs a refresh but it looks like they’re working on that. Nice having the fitness center too.

This was a nice clean condo with good location. The only problem was both pools were out of commission and that was inconvenient. The other issue was maintenance was working on the sprinkler system and there was two days of pounding

Last Minute 2 day vacay

I was so thrilled to have an oceanfront property that has everything that we needed at the last minute! It’s central location to everything is a huge positive to include the ovean at your back patio! Everything about this trip was seamless in regards to the condo. We appreciate it so much! They even had left a bag of chocolate chip cookies for this day, and I believe that was the biggest hit of the whole time because it was just perfect to have a cookie waiting for you after traveling! Thank you so much for that tiny but significant detail that I would’ve never thought it meant so much lol!

7 day stay is a breeze!

The only complaint I have about this property is that parking space especially in the garage is quite limited due to the ongoing construction. Besides, the swimming pool couldn't be used.

Great place!

Great place with a perfect location on the beach. Easy to walk to eating places. The only hitch we had was we didn’t dare using the dryer since the screen kept falling out and was full of sand.

Stay with adult children

We loved this location as it’s right on the beach but also close to restaurants and attractions so there was always something to do. Booking and communication with First Flight Rentals was easy. Would definitely recommend.
