The rental unit was OK. It was updated with flooring and beds. There were lacking essential items such as no end tables in some of the bedrooms, few towels, and not very much cookware or kitchen amenities (seriously, no salt and pepper?). The bottom floor looks like a construction site with a lot of empty space and building supplies and a musty smell like it had water damage at one point. This did not bother us because it's not a living area. The problem we had was with the management company and being able to contact them.First before we arrived they mistook us for another vacationer who had an accident at one of the other rentals and sent us forms for insurance claims.Second, when we arrived we found a blood stained (a lot of blood) pillow case in the master bedroom. Additionally there was a comforter that had brownish/yellow matter on it (not a stain as this would have come out on a wash) which appeared to be mucus or I am being generous to think it was a banana.Third, there was no Wifi information on their check in website. It was simply left blank where it was supposed to be. We called the number that had initially mis-identified us because we got a response from someone to let them know they had the wrong family but after they apologized for the mistaken identity they never again replied. I called a number I found for the rental company and left a message but I never got back. On VRBO I asked about Wifi and got a message 5 days later. Really bad service.
