The hotel was nice, couple of small things! No face cloths, which I like. Room was very stuffy, and too warm, the comforter on the bed was too heavy for this time of the year! With the window open it was too noisy to sleep! Staff were pleasant.

Very deceptive with the photos on here that labelled exterior, these are not of the hotel but of a place of interest near by to visit. Our room was extremely hot when we arrived. There was no AC, and they had left windows open. Outside our window was AC ducting/fans, which were constantly on in the evening and turned off at 11pm it was far too noisy to sleep. The windows you could only open slightly anyway (2/3cm). We had arrived late in the evening as well so it wasn’t a pleasant welcome trying to cool down the room to sleep. Rooms come with a fridge and were well cleaned. The breakfast was a bit chaotic and we were given a table with not enough cutlery. The food was tasty. Overall we felt the hotel was misleading. There are also photos on reviews of a swimming pool which wasn't this hotel.

Uncomfortable room - nice location

This is not a bad hotel. But it was not very comfortable- we knew it did not have AC but the heater (radiator) in the room was on and couldn’t be shut off! In August! The front desk was incredulous and said maintenance would come the next morning to check and they had no rooms to move us to. We were leaving the next morning so that didn’t help so we insisted that someone come check. Housekeeping came by but couldn’t do anything about it but at least we didn’t feel gaslit!! We figured out how to open the windows all the way (harder than you think) and housekeeping provide us with 2 fans. It was still hot but better. Breakfast was ok - but the people working there seemed annoyed that they had costumers. All in all we would not stay here again.

Asked for adjoining room when booking MONTHS in advance. Zero communication from hotel, apart from when we checked in- no. Staff could not have cared less

Our room was situated in a part of the hotel that was on the 2nd floor in a totally different section. The difference in air quality from the hallway and our room was quite different. Hallway was cool. Room was hot! We stayed 2 nights and no one slept. We sweat and sweat. Horrible.
