The room was fairly clean but could have been a little bit cleaner, especially in the bathroom area. The staff was very wonderful. She even left us a bottled champagne for our anniversary. Which that was a very wonderful by the way. I would stay again and would recommend it

The only good thing about this property was the staff. The pool and hot tub was dirty so was closed the whole 4 days that I was there so my granddaughter had nothing to do. There were also sketchy looking people loitering around so playing outside was also not an option. I was not able to use the hot tub either. They only have the hot breakfast on the week-ends so out of the 4 night stay only had 1 decent breakfast. The area is very sketchy. There are a lot of drug addicts and homeless people around the area and I was very concerned after walking to a nearby store with my granddaughter so we had to UBER everywhere instead even close by places. There seemed to also be people "living" there at the hotel that would just hang outside their doors, often making it uncomfortable to leave your room to go to the office as you had to go through them or out around in the parking lot to get by them. There was no laundry in the laundry room so apparently that has been removed. The hotel is near a train track so you would hear train horns at various times during the day and night. I was very sorry that I booked this place but it was non-refundable so I was stuck. Definitely wouldn't recommend during the week if you want breakfast. Also, wouldn't recommend if you want a safer area with pool and hottub.

When well except one thing!

Everything went well except for check in.. They ask for additional deposit fee that is not list on there Hotel.com web! $75 hold on your card or a $100 cash to hold until check out. When your traveling out of town with family, that’s a lot to be holding back for things you need and want to buy around the city
