Just annoying wee things really … room was late for handover (20mins ), no milks in room and receptionist was as charming as the icy weather outside …. The staff at this hotel are great. The young lady that waits in the restaurant is superb, the duty manager has a lovely manner with customers and the gentleman that sorts out the breakfast on a morning is a delight to speak to!

We had a great couple of nights here. We booked room only however after realising the quality of the food, we booked breakfasts and evening meals. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the hotel as a really warm feel about it - especially when you’re sat next to the log fire. This was our first visit and it won’t be our last!
