We really liked the coziness of this off-season ski lodge, and reading in the big communal living room. Room was comfortable and, even though mgmt posted a caution about how long it might take hot water to get upstairs any delay was no bother to us. Handy short drive into Killington for restaurants.
Included breakfast wasn't much. An attendant indicated an early party absconded with most of the good stuff. Still, we'd readily stay here again.
Older accommodations, but a good deal for the price and the time of year. Stairs are steep and no elevator, which is mentioned in the description. Only saw the staff when we checked in, but our stay was good.
The property is much much too expensive and definitely not worth the money I had to pay for it. We had to pay about $240 per night he at the room has no refrigerator and no microwave. He had to go out into the common area to the common refrigerator to keep things cold and the common microwave to heat up your food. Also the room was very narrow and uncomfortable and the bathroom tiny and the Wi-Fi extremely inadequate get all of this for a giant price. Very overpriced!
The place was unstaffed and felt miserably lonely. The lack of hot water and heating at night made it even more uncomfortable. After staying for 2 nights, I was relocated to a different place instead of being allowed to stay for another 2 nights as I had hoped.
very nice lodge.
the owner live there and make sure everything run smoothly.
Simple breakfast but enough for a very good start of the day.
love the share Livingroom with huge fireplace and everyone super friendly.
many board game to finish the evening.
Only 10mn drive to Killington resort main parking K1 and plenty of restaurant around.
Rustic, simple, no frills ski lodge. Very friendly staff, solid breakfast and clean rooms. If youâre in town to ski, golf, or get out in the mountains, its a good option to save some dough and still be near everything.
