It is a very nice hotel. Big spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. Only negative is i had to wait over 15 minutes to be check in and there was no microwave in the room.

Newer hotel. Still fairly clean and in good condition. Pillows were horrible and the mattress was average. The bathroom sink was very shallow with a faucet that sprayed everywhere. Breakfast in the morning was mediocre.

On a trip that included stays at 6 hotels, this was had the worst breakfast, staff, and maintenance. At check-in I received my room key(which failed to work) after getting a new key and entering my room, i noticed it had 2 queen beds which was not what I had reserved. Requested and received the correct room;however, staff never appologized for bad room key or incorrect room. Property looks new but bathroom shower had poor caulking and bad looking repairs. Breakfast was absolutely the worst. It was poorly prepared andminimally stocked. Breakfast consisted of powdered eggs, waffles, toast, bagel, cereal oatmeal, juices and coffee. Milk for cereal was empty, no creamer for coffee, no toppings for plain oatmeal and only 1 bagel or toast type. Considering the money spent on the lobby furniture, decor, and mosaics the owners should reinvest that money into training their staff and providing a breakfast that mirrors the hotels loooks.

My wife and I really loved this property at first until loud softball team came and didn’t care they were being loud. We called the front office and they did nothing and offered nothing. I was not pleased with the people of AZ any way. They were rude.

I really want to love this hotel because the location is stellar and it is super clean. Plus free simple breakfast is efficient. The king size bed is comfy, refrig and coffee in room. Dove products in the shower, outdoor pool and hot tub. The huge problem is design and traffic noise. This hotel is less than 100 yards from 6 lanes of interstate traffic. It is at the bottom of the hill as you go east. So lots of big trucks braking or accelerating all day and night. Which might be acceptable EXCEPT the air handler in each room is a packaged termina air conditioner which is essentially a 2ft x 3ft hole in the wall in which a fan and a filter is installed. It directly conducts all traffic noise into the room. I ran the fan continously on high, still hear every truck. I wore foam earplugs, still could hear every truck. Third tier protection was white noise app on my phone at full volume, then I could only hear 1 out of 6 trucks. I can't imagine anything that could fix the noise at this location with than HVAC system.

It had a big area for eating breakfast. Breakfast was okay nothing over the top. Would have preferred small cartons or jugs of milk instead of a pitcher of milk. Room service was every other day. No free WI-FI unless you signed up for the rewards program. Didn’t use the laundry, pool or gym facilities
