Barn style, 4 bedroomed , dog friendly house near beach, pubs, shop and walks
Barn style, open plan, cosy cottage off the main road in Brancaster. Large garden with enclosed area ideal for dogs and children. Up to two well behaved dogs allowed. Large patio area. Parking for 2/3 cars. Very close to children's play park, tennis court, village hall and shop. It is just a short walk to The Ship pub and roughly a mile, easy walk along a footpath to the beautiful Brancaster beach. There is an excellent bus service to Brancaster Staithe, Thornham, Burnham Market, Holkham and Wells and their fantastic pubs. The Coastal Path is nearby for easy walks to superb pubs or, for trips further afield, the Coastal Hopper bus stop is very close by to get you to Burnham Market, Holkham, Wells and more. Thistlewood is comfortable and homely with open plan living spaces and a log burner/fire for the cooler months. In Summer, the large patio has an 8 seater dining set and the garden has a lovely, large fenced area (secure for most dogs but please check before leaving them unattended). The two downstairs bedrooms share an en suite bathroom which means guests who don't like stairs or families who want to be close to children are ideally suited.
