Parking fee. Outside of dense urban areas where parking facilities often require that extra investment, it’s not justified. Just because something is lawful or allowable, doesn’t make it ethical. It’s clearly a deceptive practice when it’s separate from the nightly advertised rate. This is a corporate ethics issue and not because of the hard working everyday staff customers interact with. Social media needs to be utilized for good and boycott businesses that conduct unethical or deceptive business practices. For corporate people reading this: Do better and advertise that you are. You’ll be rewarded by increased customers who value ethical practices.

The people who worked there were very attentive and helpful. Our tv wasn't working and they ccame immediately and fixed it. The vibe there was homely. Very comfortable. Bummer was one ekevator wasnt working abd the one that was was super slow. The location is amazing from a convenience standpoint. Everything was nearby. Grocery, pharmacy, foid options, shopping, 401 access.

While the property is clean and a convenient location, the walls are paper thin! You can hear toilets flushing from other rooms, normal walking and cleaning sounds as if it was coming from your own place. Very disappointed in that for the crazy price of more than $300/night for a king bed. Parking also wasn’t free ($6 night) and when the bill came, it was crazy to see HST charged three separate times per night (on the room, on the parking fee and on the crazy MAT fee!!). A two night stay in a Holiday Inn Express cost more than $700!
