We enjoyed our stay which included our continental breakfasts, great coffee (machine offered several variations), pool, sauna fresh air and a quiet room. The room did lack clothes dressers or a place to put our clothes.

The hotel itself was charming and the owners seem invested in their guests. That being said, we cut our stay short due to the most uncomfortable beds ever. It was hard as a rock with no give and very hard on your back. After two nights, my husband and I could not fathom one more. When checking out early, the person checking us out could have cared less and when we asked for a one night refund, or particle, were told to go through HOTELS.com that THEY could not accommodate. We tried and HOTELS.com said they refused. So disappointed

Friendly staff and check in. Nice location with pretty view from the balcony on the Mountain View side. Large room, although a little bare and furniture somewhat dated. Clean bedroom, bedding and bathroom. Only complaint is that the mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable. Really enjoyed the continental breakfast with yogurt, fruit and fresh baked croissants. Coffee was also very good.

The staff was very unpleasant and unhelpful. The mattress felt like sleeping on concrete. They did not have any coffee ready. Until at leat 7:15. The gentleman who works the morning. He was a very mean person
