Had a ground floor room had a walk out to the parking lot. Would’ve preferred a little bit more security on that door than just a basic turn lock. Also, it had a 1970s screen on it that was missing a screw on the top of the handle.
Bathroom was an odd layout with the sink almost in a separate area from the toilet and tub, but not very bright. You had to body slam the door to open it because you could see the door frame had been chisel/worked on quite a few times (not a smooth, solid door frame) so the door stuck
The entry to the building was right next to our room. It was quiet, however that entry door didn’t work the majority of the time. I had to get maintenance to come and look at it. You had to walk to the end of the building to use your key to get in and people told me I’d be there in 2 1/2 weeks and that key swipe on the middle door didn’t work the most of the time that they were there
Otherwise, it was a place to put your head down to sleep at night, but it was tired, looking even with its fresh coat of paint
The chair in the room had no support plus it was peeling. The hook on the back of the bathroom door was half hanging off and where the toilet paper holder was, there was a big gouge with paint missing.
