This hotel is a great location walking to stores and restaurants. We had a two bedroom spacious and clean. The breakfast is included and it has a variety of hot and cold. I gave the food only a 4 because the warm food a bit dried out. Very friendly staff. You should stay here!!!

It was amazing up until our last night. Hockey children were running amok in the hallways and we tried repeatedly to phone down to the front desk to complain. All we got was a busy signal. Children’s hockey teams should be booked to their own floor with no other guests.

The hotel was fine but there was leftover half eaten chocolate bar left in room from a previous guest, our tv did not work and I paid extra for parking and then ended up needing to park far away on the street as the lot was completely filled. When I went in to address my issue of not finding a spot I was told just park on the street somewhere. I realize the Santa clause parade was that day but that is precisely why I paid for parking so that I would not have to hunt around for 45 minutes looking for a spot.

Staff were lovely at check in and out. Kitchen staff for the breakfast were friendly and super efficient. The food was good and there were decent options- waffle station, vegan and pork sausages, hashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, omelette, yoghurt, banana, oranges, cereal options, banana bread, chocolate loaf and a hot drink station. The room was very clean. The bathroom location was unfortunately situated near the head of the bed and the toilet sounds like a rocket taking off. Had I not already gone to the bathroom- I may have gone again just hearing that startling sound. And hear that sound we did! From rooms around is when they flushed through the night and in the morning. The shower - water pressure was good, but even when cranked as high as it would go- was tepid. Good way to conserve water- couldn't get finished fast enough! It's a shame that to get access to wifi, they ask you to sign up for their Marriott Bonvoy site. Should just be free. Room rate does not include parking- under or above ground it's $39.
