Smelled terrible of mold and cigarettes and every inch was dirty. Even the walls and ceilings were filthy. The staff complained about being understaffed and “nobody wanting to work.” Absolutely disgusting.

The front desk staff were cordial and friendly, however the hotel room and its surroundings were quite an abomination. The room was filthy and smelly and unkept. There were problems with almost every aspect of the room’s condition. The bed was very uncomfortable, all of the furniture, walls carpets were stained and chipped. The shower had no real functional head and the tub mat was old and slippery. It was not a pleasant experience. This hotel needs to be checked for quality control and safety.

It was just a quick business trip... I really only slept there. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I don't really eat breakfast, so that wasn't important to me.

BED BUGS. The room was dirty and when I alerted the night clerk, they told me only a manager could refund the stay. Whenever I called they were evasive and told me different hours that a manager would be on hand.

Not terrible.

The first room I was given had not been made up. The second had a hole in the wall where someone had slammed the door open. Be careful with the shower. Water temp changes dramatically without warning. No maid service after first night. Bed was comfortable. Generally clean and serviceable

Probably a "One and done" stay

Thick coat of dog hair on the carpet, poo still clinging to the toilet bowl, moldy tub area, 'ick' on the bedspread and the room smelled musty. The room was just old and tired in so many ways.

You got what you paid for - price is cheap but the cleanness is terrible. Room has hardwood floor, each step, i can hear the sticky sound made from bottom of my shoes. Hall way carpet also really dirty and old.

Recently stayed in the Super 8 Wyndham in Portland ME and the building, rooms, and facilities there were much newer and in better shape than here in Kingston. Motel is in need of a remodel, bed was not very comfortable. “Breakfast” was coffee and pre-packaged muffins, granola bars, or instant oatmeal. Fine accommodations for the price but wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
