The balcony room was not scenic. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. The quantity of the food varied. The pool area was very nice but Poolside drinks and food was very good yet the service was very slow.

Liked: All the staff I interacted with were pleasant and professional. Having to use your card to travel on the elevators is a good security feature. Rooms were clean. Property location is in walking distance to off-property eateries and entertainment. Disliked: Wait time to access room. On arrival, although I had my confirmed reservation (booked and paid for 5 months in advance), I was informed that my reservation was canceled. Had to provide a card to hold a room for 1 night while the issue was being sorted. Had to pay taxes (US$48) that I was told wasn't collected by the 3rd party. Some amenities provided on the higher floors were not on the lower (but got when l asked). Suggestion: reconfirm reservation day before arrival.
