If you think this place is a bit pricey, well you get what you pay for. It is modern, fabulous, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. TVs and AC in every room, en suite bathrooms plus a powder room ensures privacy for all guests and visitors. Bedding and towels were great quality, not thin and dingy. Detailed instructions how to operate things, even labeled light switches. The attention to detail was very much appreciated. The central location was close to supermarkets and restaurants. 24 hr gated with security guard added to the value. Parking space underground can fit 2 vehicles easily. If there's one con, the check in time is a bit late and checkout time a bit too early (4pm and 10am). The host did accommodate a 3pm check in on request for an early check in. I would definitely rent this place again and recommend to everyone!

Great place to stay in Kingston

The apartment was wonderful. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The kids loved having a TV in their room and eating outside on the patio. The location was great and close to all the places we needed to go. There was some back and forth with getting access to the laundry area but the host was very accessible and responded quickly to our questions/concerns. I would definitely stay there again.

Ultra modern and safe stay in “New”Kingston

Everyone has a scary impression of Kingston, but if you want a brand new, well appointed apartment near the Bob Marley Museum and Botanical Gardens, this is the place. Andrea responds immediately to everything you need. We had issues getting in upon arrival in the dark, but after a few minor snafus (new security guard who didn’t know how to get in), we settled in and it was a comfortable refuge in Kingston. We would definitely stay there again.

Exactly what we needed

This trip was with my brother and best friend as we took some time to unwind and recharge in Kingston. The property was perfect. The rooms were great and there was lots of space both indoors and outdoors to relax and socialize. The appliances and amenities were top of the line and having gated security provided added peace of mind. We took advantage of the rooftop pool with the 360° view of Kingston as well as the gym. There's nothing that I would change about the place. Will absolutely come back again.
