The home is designed for family-friendly living with two separate living areas and open-plan indoor/outdoor flow. The top floor features a fully equipped kitchen and main living area that flows onto a deck with both louvred covered and uncovered spaces, perfect for all-year-round enjoyment. Gather around the outdoor fireplace for cozy evenings, BBQs, and marshmallow toasting while enjoying stunning views over Kinloch out to Lake Taupo.



The top floor also includes 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom, while the ground level offers 3 additional bedrooms, a separate bathroom with toilet, and a second living room—ideal for kids to hang out or watch movies.



Comfortable year round with a heat pump/aircon in the dining and downstairs living rooms plus a gas fire in the main living area. Family-friendly touches include a baby gate for the staircase (available on request).



Outdoor activities are right on your doorstep: the property is next to a playground and tennis courts, with easy access to the lake. Guests can enjoy 2 kayaks and a paddle board with trundler for adventures on the water.
