Great house but hot tub was not heated
Overall, this was a great house for me and my family. We were in town for a family party and it was close to Poinciana and Kissimmee where they lived. We had plenty of room for all and had no issues with check in. It is a gated community and no issues ever getting thru to the house. Towels, toiletries, linens were all there. Only minor complaint about the kitchen was no salt/pepper or coffee filters. We left ours we bought for the next ppl for convenience. There was packets of dish soap and laundry so that was a bonus.My only BIG COMPLAINT about this experience/property/MGMT company was the hot tub. I requested the hot tub to be heated 3 days prior to my arrival as advertised in the description. Once asked about said heat, I got the "we will ask the onsite property people and get back to you" response. I asked multiple times about the cost to heat and to confirm it will be heated and got the same response every single day (we stayed 5 days and 3 days prior to getting there - same canned response). Very disappointed that we couldn't enjoy the hot tub, the communication between the actual property ppl was awful, no connection to the folks manning the property, just the person behind the "Vacasa response team" which were not helpful and we never got heat for the tub.Traffic is always an issue staying anywhere near Orlando so keep in mind your travel times will double. Of course this is based on travel times end of April, right after Easter.Otherwise, good value.
