Please do not stay at this property u will regret it. First of all there was dead bugs every where that and the house smelled like insect foggers I took picturesâŠ. House was not in âcleanâ condition⊠went and cleaned the whole house myself⊠washed all linen bleached everything house was not the worst condition but definitely worst then the pictures⊠left the house cleaned it bleached it down took trash out everything only thing I didnât do was rewash the linen a week later I see an unknown charge for 320 on my account and the property manager is not picking up nor answering my calls. I disputed the charge but he is a shady manager and the house is not up to per like the pictures I left pictures of the bugs and how I left the house when I checked out
Overall it was a pleasant stay. The house could use some upgrades and fixer uppers. The pool light was not working, many of the blinds were broken, the sectional sofa needs a good cleaning and one of the sliding doors in the living room was also damaged and we had to move it around in order for the door to lock.
This property lools nive on pictures but in reality it's not. The house has broken door handles, dirty couch and wall patches that have different coloe from the wall. There is bugs and roaches. I had booked this house 6 months before my trip and he claimed that the jacuzzi worked and did not.The pool table is rusty and not in useable conditions. When i was down there he had to leave 4 days soon due to the hurricane evacuation and he keeped thise 4 days due to it being a strom. Not once did he ask me about my family or eveb try to tell us where to evacuation to if need. But he did want us to put his garbage can in and all his outside furniture. We left early on 10/ 8/ 24 and he had time to check his property. Also blinds are missing and you don't have privacy.. he does not tell you someone will be stopping by to clean the pool. My kids had been in pool 20 mins before the man got there and it would have been creepy to have a grown man watching them. Also a week after we left he takes 250 for cleaning fee, on his original dirty couch and walls as well as saying there was trash out. Anybody else been charged for a dirty couch and walls? Because it looled like they hadn't been clean in a long time. And someplace including hotels will let u check in early and hour or 2 tops but he wants 50 dollars cash to give us code or cash app. Am very disappointed with this property owner and he hasn't responded to any of my text or calls. 3 weeks after we leave we get told by VRBO that

Cons-
1. house has bad smell, you will sense it as soon as you step in.
2.BBQ is not included but not called out explicitely in Ad
3.Pool is clean but the surrounding area is not clean
4.the house flooring has carpet, wchich has pins. we did hurt ourself
5.Bathroom floor tiles are very slippery
Pool area not clean the sheets didn't look like they were changed in bedroom down stairs loved the area home needs work.House looked great when we left Saturday night I washed all towels clean up all rooms and trash was taken out.
we had to srub the pool deck it was nasty the table by the pool was black and nasty had to scrub it so we could use it had to mop the dirty floors after we bought a mop carpets stained and pieces missing and were covered with rugs that we almost tripped on there were no wash cloths no dish yowels no dish cloths so also had to buy them no hot pads had to buy those the neighbors on the right were rude could not enjoy being outside without them watching us or saying something we did enjoy watching the gator
Large house, clean, quiet neighborhood, convenient.
I message property manager. Did not receive response for a number of days. Called VRBO then he responded. Said we would receive check in info early on the check in day. Mid day had not received it. Messaged and texted. Didnât receive called VRBO. He sent in the mean time. His phone numbers did not work. Billed me for the wrong property called number on receipt to let him know that number didnât work.
It was dirty, and outdated. The patio and pool was dirty, and the hot tub didnât work. Pillows were flat and the blankets were old and stiff. It was the worst property I have ever stayed in and now I cannot get a refund because I need to talk with the owner that hasnât returned my messages. Vrbo needs to refund me. Terrible company.
