Man fĂŒhlt sich sofort wohl

Das Haus ist perfekt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Alles war sehr sauber und Don ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Wir wĂŒrden sofort wieder kommen. Es gibt nur eine Sache die uns nicht gefallen hat. Eine Kamera filmt den Pool Bereich, darauf wurde vorher nicht hingewiesen. Man fĂŒhlt sich die ganze Zeit beobachtet. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, vielen Dank Don. The house is perfect and we felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean and Don was a very nice host. We would come back in a heartbeat. There's only one thing we didn't like. A camera is filming the pool area, this was not previously pointed out. You feel like you're being watched all the time. We had a great time, thank you Don.

We had a lovely holiday at this villa. It was roomy, clean, well equipped and in a great location. Check in was fine after some slight confusion with the cleaners who weren’t expecting us until the following day but Steve the manager sorted it and all was good. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were large and comfortable and the pool was great.There were some little things that let the villa down which might spoil some peoples stay.The decor is a bit tired in some places, skirting boards,door frames, that sort of thing. For a villa that can accommodate 10 people they could do with more deck furniture, there is only two loungers and 6 arm chairs. The jacuzzi didn’t work and looks like it hasn’t for a long time. To be honest, you don’t need it and it takes up loads of space and is an eyesore. There is a bbq there that looks like a health hazard and again takes up loads of space.Also,where someone has used it previously up gainst the wall,the soot has discoloured all the paint and it looks really unsightly.Having said that, these things didn’t affect our enjoyment of the villa one bit as you can just look past them.A major plus for this villa is the owner Don and manager Steve who are very attentive and on hand at all times for anything you need. We had a problem with the a/c at 9pm one night and Steve was out fixing it in a raging thunder and lightning storm within the hour, getting absolutely soaked. Overall, we had a great time, thankyou both.

Great Holiday Getaway

This property was perfect for our group of 6 adults. It was located near enough to the parks without being in the bustle of Orlando. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to access. Don was very responsive to all my questions. We would definitely go back!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My family (5 adults) stayed at this property while visiting Universal Studios and Epcot. The house was very spacious, well-appointed and the POOL absolutely hit the spot at the end of very long days in the parks. The property manager and the owner were very courteous and responded in a timely manner to any request we had. We all give this property 10/10 stars and will search out this owners properties in the future.

The house that we stayed in was very clean and have everything we needed. The area was nice. And all the activities like the pool and games were fun and relaxing today I recommend this place to stay for the family to enjoy their vacation. And the receptionist are very nice people and they respond quickly when you have an issue or an answer, but there was no issues at the time. I highly recommend this place to stay again.

More expensive than expected - just confirm costs

The house is great, all in all. Dated - sectional is very worn and uncomfortable, coffee table and outdoor chairs needing some help, sliding doors not locking. It could be cleaner - a bit of mold in the corner tiles of the showers, dirt on the doors around the door handles, some drips and splatters that the cleaning crew missed, and dirty dishes put away by previous guests.Towels are a bit threadbare but there were lots of them, and extra sheets too.Pool area was nice.Very surprised at the cost to heat the pool for 2 weeks, and the unlisted additional charge to use the barbecue at 60 USD. Disappointed that the hot tub was not operational and that the dishwasher was unusable for half the trip. I will note that Don did heat the pool for an additional week, in compensation for the hot tub, so that was appreciated, and the dishwasher and door issues were addressed.It also cost us additional money to store our boat, as it was not allowed to be kept in the driveway. I had asked about this very early in the booking but received no response, so was very disappointed to learn 2 weeks prior to arrival, that we had to spend an additional 300 on a storage space. Had we known upfront, we would have looked for a different place.Note that if you have a low riding car, the driveway will cause you grief.It wasn’t bad, but cost over 750 USD more than expected - lesson learned for me and advice to others to confirm all additional charges etc in advance.Thank you for hosting us.

Need up to date photos

Overall we had a great time in Florida except for some noise issues with neighbours. The listing photos need to be updated as we were travelling with adults and wanted a house with 2 king size beds as the listing stated and photos showed. When we arrived only one master bedroom had a king sized bed so my wife and I had to sleep in seperate beds the entire stay. Also the games room says it has air hockey and Xboxes. Actually no air hockey and the 2 Xboxes did not work or power up. The pool table had no cues till we repaired 2 of them. The pool was nice and heated. Location is easy to get to and Don was easy to get ahold of and supportive when we had issues. Also the one bathroom upstairs tub does not have hot water so our daughter had to share a bathroom with us

For our purposes...the location was perfect. It had to be central to the several courses that we played. The only negative was the TRAFFIC...but thats central Florida. The only other negative was the poor shape of the paver driveway...other that those 2 thingd.....5 star.ppavere

Comfortable and relaxing house

We had a really nice stay at the property, scenic, quiet location, good facilities at the house (kids loved the games room), and really easy drive to the parks etc. Beds were super comfy! After a week at the parks if was a great place to relax. We had great communication from Don the host, and he did an amazing job at having the house ready for our arrival the day after a major hurricane came though the area.

Great home away from home

From the moment we arrived at this great home we had the feeling we where at home and feeling save. Everything was clean and the house is very spacious and has everything you need to have a great time. The pool was a blast as well, especially while the temperatures where high during our stay. Also did the airconditioning his work. The location was great as well. Don and/or Steve where always available if we had a question. We will for sure recomend this property if you want to have a great vacation and want to make beatifull memories. Thank you Don and Steve for making this happen for our family!
