スタッフはとても親切でわかりやすい案内をしてくれます。館内はとても清潔です。当たり前ですが、朝のエレバーターは朝食利用者もおり混みます。大型車乗用車については事前にホテルに駐車場所を確認すると良いです。

部屋は狭めですが、作りが使いやすい形ななので快適でした。必要な物も揃っているし、朝ご飯が無料は嬉しいです。 平日の宿泊だった為、仕事関係の方がほとんどでした。その為か8時過ぎに朝ご飯を食べに行きましたが、少し混んでいて品切れしている料理もありました。でも厨房に言えばすぐ用意してくれました。 駐車場と受け付けのシステムが分かりづらかったです…。

朝食付きで安いのは東横インの良い点。 しかし、他のホテルでは普通の15時チェックインが出来ない。15時に入りたければ金を払って入会しないと入れない。この馬鹿げたシステムさえなければ東横インに泊まりたい。
