Pictures were a bit deceiving. The pool is only a children's pool. Informed desk of our daily absence and time of return for housekeeping. They arrived after we came back Nice rooms ,convenient location.

Very loud people in next room. Staff made aware. No offer to change rooms to a quieter area of the hotel. Very disappointing. Also the breakfast eggs were very overcooked and the sausage was very undercooked. Not a lot of other options for a sugar-free lifestyle.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Waterloo – St. Jacobs was unfortunately below expectations. I stayed for three nights, and the room had a very strong bleach smell that made me cough, making it hard to relax. The cleanliness felt superficial rather than thorough. Breakfast was also underwhelming, and the snow removal in the parking lot was delayed, making it difficult to get my car out. Overall, it wasn’t the experience I'd hoped for.
