Our recent stay at Home2 Suites in Kitchener was excellent. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, providing professional and attentive service from check-in to departure. The guest room was immaculately clean, well-organised, and equipped for a comfortable stay, creating a genuine home-away-from-home environment. I would not hesitate to return to this property and would strongly recommend it to both business and leisure travellers.

The stay was quite pleasant. Clean rooms, lots of towels and facilities in the spacious room including a microwave and fridge. Lots of parking. Friendly front desk associates. Breakfast was mediocre, nothing fancy. Unfortunately, had a 4 hour, weather related power outtage. I was only inconvenienced because I was working and running out of battery on my laptop. 2nd time with this brand of hotels. Although, the interior of the hotel remained warm considering it was snowing with high winds in December.

Hotel was clean, had to walk quite a distance to an adjoined hotel to pool which was tiny and crowded. Fire alarm went off after 10pm, causing evacuation at night when people were sleeping, in shower etc. Hotel hosted a wedding party, so when we arrived back to our hotel after being out we had to circle the parking lot for 35-45 minutes to find a parking spot. No parking at either of the hotel parking lots for people who paid to stay there.

The room was very well kept and clean. The staff were very pleasant and went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast that was included was great and lots of choices. Definitely will stay there again!
