I chose to stay at this property to celebrate my husband's birthday, and we were not disappointed! The property was a 10+ — absolutely stunning. Shannon's communication was exceptional, starting with a thoughtful phone call in advance to see if there was a preferred bottle we'd like waiting in the room. When we arrived, we were welcomed with delicious snacks and music of our choice playing — such a personal touch. Shannon was incredibly attentive and available to answer all our questions. The room itself was absolutely beautiful, with so much care and attention to detail in every aspect. We will definitely be back!

The design elements in the room and hotel were beautiful. There was thought and attention that went into every space. It was very clean and the staff was fantastic. Shannon specifically was wonderful, she catered to making our experience at the hotel unique to us. We unfortunately had to leave early and were unable to enjoy the beautiful courtyard or the theatre. The location was very central and close to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely go back to enjoy the amenities another time as we were disappointed we had to leave. The hotel was very kind and understanding of our circumstances and provided a very fair resolution to us not enjoying our full stay.
