Gather comfortably with up to 7 guests in a private, clean, and well-equipped lower-level suite designed for both short and extended stays.

The space includes a large primary bedroom with a king bed, a flex space with two single beds, and a den with a double bed. An additional guest can sleep on the couch with extra linens provided.

The suite features a 3-piece bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as in-suite washer and dryer for your convenience. The living and dining areas provide comfortable spaces to relax or enjoy meals together.

Kitchenette: Includes a microwave, mini fridge, and disposable plates, cups, and utensils. Bowls and glasses are also provided. Please note there is no sink or cooking appliances in the kitchenette, so this space is best suited for light meals or takeout rather than meal preparation.

Step outside to a large, fully fenced backyard available for your private use, complete with outdoor seating. A propane BBQ is also available for guest use. Please ensure pets are cleaned up after.

Private driveway parking is available for one vehicle.

The location is highly convenient—just a 2-minute walk to No Frills, Cora’s Breakfast & Lunch, The Shakespeare Arms Pub, a pharmacy, and other shops and restaurants in Campus Estates Plaza.

Very clean and nice place. The host was super communicative and nice. Property is in walking distance of some good places to eat and is a short drive to several attractions. Highly recommend.

A very clean space which we appreciated. Nice back yard for our pup which was super for late night peed. Some lighting would be helpful.Not a huge fan of paper plates. Recommend some inexpensive and light plastic plates, bowls and glasses from the dollar store. Further, as there is no sink a small wash tub and small dish rack that could be kept in the laundry area/bathroom for easy wash and cleanup. Just our opinion of course.Natalie was very helpful and responsive.
