While the room was nice, and the price was competitive, I'd much rather have stayed in a hotel. Companies shouldn't be allowed to own condo buildings and rent them out as short term rentals. I would not live in a building where half the units were AirBnB-type rentals. This is gross and should be illegal. There aren't any staff on site besides the single security guard at the front door. There should be staff on duty 24/7. There should be traditional staff on site to deal with, whether or not there are any issues. Also, parking should be included in the cost of the room. There should not be an additional cost, nor should they be allowed to tell you "you might get a parking spot." This wouldn't be a thing in a hotel.

Parking structure is very confusing as 3 buildings are interconnected and all have same lift system you get confused which building you gonna end up parking in. Other than that service is perfect nice quite comfy space

Heating was broken, blowing on full blast. It was stuck on 27 degrees, even with the A/C on. We were greeted by building security upon arrival who quickly provided us a key and instructions. Fob was convenient and building was safe and secure, however it is located in a noisy area along a busy road (all hours of the night). unfortunately, We had to leave the patio door open due to the broken heating.

Everything worked well except for the tv remote, it wasn't working, requested new batteries on 1st day which Noone responded to. No dishwasher soap,or laundry soap or extra garbage bags. Otherwise stay was great

Cosy appartement. Nice size and clean. Quiet geat location Might be missing dishcloths Access to Parking was irritating for people with no license plate in the front. Needed to call and give name and phone number. Was not convenient.
