We stayed in Guelph from December 25 to January 1. The house was close to all the amenities we needed during our stay and was located on a quiet cul-de-sac. The house is a bit dated, but it worked very well for our group, with five bedrooms and plenty of space in the common areas. All the beds were comfortable, the linens were clean, and there were lots of pillows and blankets available. The new washer and dryer in the basement came in handy. The living room has a large TV, comfortable couches, and the formal dining room can accommodate up to eight people. The home was warm and comfortable throughout our stay. We were traveling from Western Canada on Christmas Day and arrived very late that night, so the owner kindly offered to pick up a few breakfast items for us for the next morning, which was very thoughtful. The property could benefit from some minor maintenance in the coming months and a more thorough deep clean in the kitchen, but overall it met our needs well. Overall, we were happy with the property, and the owner was a pleasure to deal with.

The owners were extremely friendly, and understand that we were the very first to stay, so they are new at this. I only have some suggestions. Hans soap in all bathrooms along with a little basket od bath essentials for guest. A small trash can in the bathrooms. When advertising 5 bedrooms, there should be a bed in every room. Dish clothes and towels. The house is truly beautiful and so is the neighborhood. So close to everything. I would absolutely stay there again with the suggestions I gave.
