This house was okay. It could be described as older or a bit run down, especially the lower level. There is a mildew smell mixed with a cleaning product immediately when you enter the garage. There are plenty of beach chairs and things to use for outdoors in the garage . The game room, bar and bathroom is dark and uninviting. The outdoor area is wonderful with plenty to do. The pool was gorgeous and clean. It could use maintenance, such as a pile of deflated pool tubes and missing chair cushions around the pool. The furniture around the pool could be better, like holes in some chairs. There are wonderful deck areas but plenty of cob webs. Our beach parking passes were not here on arrival. We did not receive them until the afternoon on Monday. This was only because we went and retrieved them ourselves. It's very nice that each bedroom comes with its own bathroom and shower. The kitchen definitely lacks pans and utensils to cook with and is a little dated. There is no frying pan! But there is plenty of space. The refrigerator keeps everything nice and cold. It's also super convenient that there are two sinks. The master bedroom was too warm to sleep comfortable. The lights by the pool stopped working and we needed to call for service. The master shower drain did not drain at all and we needed to call for that as well. The service technicians that did come were helpful, although the lights by the pool never got fixed. Our vacation was interrupted by calling so many times.
