Das Haus und auch die Wohnung sind älteren Baujahrs. Die Wohnung und das Holz, z.B. auf dem Balkon haben Farbe / Pflege verdient. Die Zimmer entsprechen den Fotos im Inserat. Die Küche war teilweise defekt (Spülmaschine ohne Blende). Von der Wohnung aus konnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreicht werden.Insgesamt empfinden wir das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht ausgewogen.
