We stayed here for two nights and it was LOVELY. Plus the location is not terribly far from the stadium which is good in case you canât order an uber after a game and have to walk. Iâd definitely stay here again!
I had some work in Knoxville and found this place. Couldn't have been happier with it, i would definitely recommend it. The host was very responsive and courteous.
The place was cute and pretty convenient to Old Town and Downtown. We did walk a lot during this trip. Parking at the studio is tricky so once you find a place itâs best not to move your car or you can lose your spot. The apartment is efficient and clean. If you are looking for luxury not sure you want to stay here but itâs perfect for a weekend away to explore Knoxville.
My partner & I stayed for one night to celebrate our anniversary. I really struggled with finding the check-in/out information (maybe because I only used a phone instead of laptop?). I was only able to access the information when I tapped âmessage host,â and then I saw messages that I had missed. Space was charming, quiet, very clean, and we appreciated the attention to several extra details to make our stay more comfortable. We easily walked to shop at Rala, Bethie Louâs Mast Gen, and Nothing Too Fancy before enjoying dinner at Boydâs. Thank you for a lovely stay!
My boyfriend and I booked this property to explore downtown Knoxville while also touring the UTK law campus. The studio apartment was very cozy and the bed was probably our favorite as it was so comfortable! Our only complaint was the location vs price. The studio was surrounded by homeless encampments which made us feel a bit uneasy. One night was $280, which we now feel for the location it should have been a bit less expensive. Overall, the studio itself was very clean and bright. We had a wonderful stay.
