I've stayed at the Hilton Knoxville several times and always had a great experience. The location is ideal—an easy walk to the UT campus, Market Square, and the Old City. After a busy day, the outdoor patio, cozy fire pit, and bar are perfect for unwinding. The staff is consistently welcoming and attentive, making each stay feel effortless. Highly recommend.

I expected more. Lobby area is nice enough, and the bar and restaurant look nice (but we didn't go), but the room itself was sort of tired and outdated, the bed was not particularly comfortable, the pillows were flat.

Well appointed, food and service were great! Loved that it was all walkable! Wasn't a fan of the regulated room temperature. I missed having a freezer for my knee wraps and the microwave was down the hall. Just a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is located conveniently near the downtown activity and there is a parking garage next door. There are loads of homeless lingering around the property and there are times when homeless have lingered inside of the hotel. The elevators are extremely slow.

Older property but clean. Young lady at front desk very helpful. Didn’t get her name. She gave us a map of market square which listed all the places to eat. It would be nice to have that in the room! Upon arrival granted it was busy but really no carts or anyone to help with luggage. Lady at desk did get us a cart. Beds were comfirtable
