A mid-19th c. historic, fully renovated farmhouse perfect for last minute overnight stays, gatherings with family & friends or just a quiet getaway. Anderson Farmhouse sits on a family owned working farm, Everlong Farm. Located in the Urban Wilderness of South Knoxville the farmhouse has historic character with all of the modern amenities. There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, laundry area, 3 bedrooms sleeping a total of 8. (This includes 2 trundle-style mattresses). Featuring 2 full bathrooms with Tea Tree & Rosemary shampoo & conditioner, Duke Cannon soap and fine linens. There is a private bathroom off the master room with a walk-in custom tiled shower, vintage soaking tub and bidet. A second full guest bathroom includes a full-size shower & tub. There are extra toiletries available for forgotten essential hygiene items. The house is equipped with hi-speed wifi, a 40" smart TV, 2 workspaces that include basic office supplies. There are two amazing sitting porches! The front porch overlooks the property and the second side porch overlooks the fire side gathering area and cantilevered barn. There are swings under the trees, hiking/biking trails off the property and a fireside area. The house is set in a rural, quiet and private area that is to be preserved and protected. There is an abundance of wildlife to watch. This rural homestead is unique in that it is within close proximity of downtown Knoxville, UT, Neyland and Covenant stadiums, the historic TN and Bijou theaters and much more!
