Front desk staff was excellent. Room was fine. 5:30 bar was beautiful but no silverware with appetizers!??? Valet program is separate from hotel? They tried to charge me for 2 nights and were very slow. Breakfast was better than most free buffets.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel located in the heart of downtown Knoxville. Easy walk to restaurants, campus and to the river. The beds were very comfortable. The gym was fabulous and the complimentary breakfast was very good. I will stay again!
