dont trust the transport its appalling

The spa was ok and staff were friendly. BUT under no circumstances take the tour operators they supply. It took us 7 hours in an appalling old smelly van to get to Pattaya. I missed my flight and the driver was both aggressive and very rude. I was told it would take maximum 5 hours. There were no traffic jams but the van wouldn't go above 70kms an hour. The driver spent at least 5 hours of the 7 on the phone. We all agreed he was super rude. Disgusting journey and ended up costing me over 700 dollars due to missing my flight. When I told the drive I was going to miss my flight there was no apoligie he just said well you should have taken the plane. Dont use this service

Everything you need, to get a calm stay on this busy island. With a direct access to a lagoon with a large mangrove forest and the sea, it has also one of the nicest natural spots of Ko Chang. The staff is absolutely kind and will help you for any issue. The rooms are fantastic! Only thing you have to know, the hotel is on the opposite side of quite all accommodations. So if you wanna have a drink outside or go to the beach, you need a motorbike. But the nice views make every ride worth it. We would definitely come back!

Perfect place to rest and relax

IF you need a rest and a place to relax, this is perfect. Between mountains and mangroves the surroundings are serene and peaceful. My bungalow was spacious and well equipped with a beautiful view. The restaurant serves great food, also vegetarian and raw. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good yoga classes And superb salt water pool.

Wonderful stay

It was very relaxing. The food was most enjoyable and healthy. We met likeminded people doing a variety of retreats. There were outings organised by the hotel Monday to Friday if one wanted to leave the hotel. The staff were always helpful. The surroundings were beautiful.

Beautiful place with great staff

I enjoyed my stay at The Spa. Staff were awesome and it is the perfect place to relax. The only negative is the distance to the other attractions on the island.

WE HAD A VERY GOOD STAY AND THE SURROUNDINGS ARE PERFECT.A LITTLE FURTHER AWAY FROM THE MAIN BEACHES OF KOH CHANG .BUT WHO LIKES CROWDS ANYWAY. WE VISITED THIS HOTEL TO BE LEFT ALONE AND NOT BOTHERED ANYONE.THERE IS GREENERY EVERYWHERE YOUR STRESS AND TOXINS JUST VANISH IN THIS KIND OF ATMOSPHERE .CAN RECOMEND TO PEOPLE WHO LIKE TO GET AWAY FROM CITY STRESS AND TENSIONS

Ett otroligt fint ställe, men ligger lite avsides. Ingen strand i närheten, men en fin pool. Väldigt trevlig personal och bra service. Provade massage, som också var väldigt bra! Man får lite djungelkänsla med växtligheten runt omkring och alla ljud!

Da muss viel verbessert werden

mitten im Dschungel sehr schöne Natur mit hunderten Schmetterlingen war schon sehr oft und lange in Thailand leider wurde sehr schlecht geputzt Habe die Leitung freundlich in Kenntnis gesetzt nach dem am dritten Tag immer noch die Spuren meines Colon cleansing überall zu sehen waren und die gleichen Toten Insekten herumlagen !! Leider hat man mich von diesem Tag an geächtet!? Ja das habe ich noch nie erlebt in Thailand! Die selben Beschwerden erzählten mir die insgesamt 3 Personen die mit mir die einzigen dort waren! Mein Zimmer war so klein und schmuddelig ich hatte 18 Nächte gebucht und obwohl alle besseren Zimmer frei waren bot man mir kein Upgrade an obwohl bei mir die aircondition kaputt war es nd 10 Tage mein Fernseher nicht funktionierte bin ich frühzeitig ohne eine angemessene Rückvergütung in ein anderes Hotel übersiedelt! Auch das detox habe ich in anderen Hotels besser erlebt mit täglich frischen verschiedenen Suppen und Kräutertees hier gab es 10 Tage nur die gleiche Suppe und die detox Säfte gibt es auch nur eine Sorte und die ist grauenhaft

Ruhiges Hotel weit ab vom Trubel

Erholsam ruhig sehr abgelegenes Hotel mit Zugang zu den Mangroven.Motorroller vor Ort zu mieten aber Tank leer, nicht gut.Der kleine Plüschelefant auf dem Bett ist kein Souvenir.Lasst ihn weg es kommt zu missverstândnissen. Frühstück ok , wenn man allein ist bestellt man aus Karte 4 Sachen und hofft das man es bekommt.nicht gut.

SUPERBE ETABLISSEMENT IDEAL POUR SE RESSOURCER

J'ai adoré cet hôtel. Il est éloigné de la ville et de toute forme de vie mais lorsque qu'on y va ce n'est évidemment pas pour rejoindre la civilisation quotidiennement. Des sorties journalières sont cependant organisées par l'hotel pour rejoindre les plages et autres sites touristiques. La piscine est superbe et les cours de yoga et de méditation aussi. les chambres sont simple mais très correct il y a le confort nécessaire. Le petit déjeuné est un petit buffet très simple mais suffisant également si on est pas difficile. Les plats sur la carte sont variés, originaux et sains. La cuisine est bonne.

Awful and run down.

Horribly run down hotel. There was nothing spa related about this resort at all. The restaurant was horrible and I even got a little sick after eating there. Service was really bad. We did a spa treatment and it was overpriced and unprofessional. The only nice thing about this resort is the pool. You can get so much better anywhere else on Koh Chang. Avoid this resort at all costs!

Nicht zu empfehlen

Auf den ersten Blick eine tolle und schöne Anlage. Das Personal ist aber sowas von unmotiviert und unfreundlich, dass alles andere in den Hintergrund rückt und es nur noch nervt. Besonders im Restaurant: Muss sich fast entschuldigen wenn man das Personal vom Handy ablenkt weil man was bestellen möchte. Frühstück kam nie vollständig, es ging immer mindestens etwas vergessen. Anlage schön, aber auf den zweiten Blick doch ungepflegt. Das Bett ist eine Katastrophe, unbequemer geht nicht und wer Rückenschmerzen mag, ist hier genau richtig. Aber in erster Linie fühlt man sich hier als Gast nicht willkommen, untypisch für Thailand. Nie wieder, waren froh nach 3 Nächte abreisen zu können. Sind nun in einem anderen Hotel in Koh Chang und es ist wie Tag und Nacht.

長期滞在がオススメ。

最低でも3泊は滞在したいホテルだ。清々しく透明な空気、樹々の緑のゆらめき、のんびりと読書三昧も良し。毎朝8時30分から10時頃まで開かれる瞑想とヨガも良し。 日常のしがらみから心身を解放するにはもってこいのホテルと言える。我々は5泊したが、長く滞在するほどにここの良さを実感してきた。 観光目的で出向くには不向きかもしれない。

เป็นที่พักที่สงบเงียบบรรยากาศดี ห้องพักดูกลมกลืนกับธรรมชาติ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องครบ ชอบที่มีปลั๊กไฟเพิ่มให้ แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็นช่วงบ่ายอากาศร้อนเปิดแอร์รอนานมากกว่าอุณหภูมิจะลด ดีที่มีพัดลมให้เปิดช่วย ขนาดห้องพัก 2 คน ดูแคบไปนิดเมื่อเทียบกับที่อื่นๆ สบู่&แชมพูขวดใหญ่ดีค่ะ เป็นกลิ่นมะพร้าวหอมอ่อนๆ หอมดี พนักงานต้อนรับบริการดี มีบริการเตรียมแซนด์วิช+น้ำผลไม้ให้ตอนตี 5 เพราะพวกเราไปงานวิ่งคงกลับมาไม่ทันอาหารเช้า สรุปโดยรวมถือว่าดีค่ะ

Quiet side of the island

On the quiet side of the island, so expect no bars, discos and massages. Not even a supermarket (!). In our opinion the best side of the island, but if you are in for a party: search on. There is no party here. Room (Asia bungalow) is solid. Too bad electricity is cut the moment you leave your room; this also cuts power to the refrigerator (no cold water...). As usual in Thailand, no dark shades. Working shower and working WIFI (quick!). The pool is nice. If you get a chance: take a canoe. Its free and a unique way of seeing the mangrove forest. Breakfast is so-so. You are given a multiple choice list, and only one beverage is included. 2 Coffee? Pay up!
