Really enjoyed staging here. The villas are spacious and having a more private pool outside the door while still facing the beach and ocean was very special. Our villa felt like it needed a little bit of TLC. Hard water buildup made the bathroom fixtures look dirty. The sheets were clean but felt like sand was in them. Likely from being laundered with beach towels. Overall it was not a dirty place, just needs some extra maintenance more often. Breakfast was lovely, great variety of western and Thai options and seating both inside the restaurant and out on the beach. Felt special. Pool and bar hours are a little odd. Also, the tiers and their associated amenity accesses were a bit confusing. Staff was nice, but didn’t always follow through. I’d asked for water bottle replenishment as it hadn’t been replenished and they didn’t follow through with sending more.

This property is insane. The Villas are extremely well supplied and the room had the most comfortable bed in Thailand (I overslept and missed my ferry!). Private pool, refreshing hibiscus drink on arrival and a one of a kind experince to remember.

We stayed in B306. Room was up to date and very comfortable. Air conditioning was a little hard to figure out but worked great. The bathroom had a urinal and a toilet which was a little strange. The pool area is really great. And there are two different bars, each offering happy hours at different times so that works out perfectly. Perfect location, right in the heart of the village and close to bars, restaurants, and also has direct beach access.

The cleanliness of the room is really not great. I had to clean the surfaces of the bedside table myself and the bathroom needs a really good deep clean. Don’t like that you can’t have your own food and drink by the pool, we’ve paid to use this service, we should be able to use it as we please. Not worth the money we paid at all but I suppose you’re paying for the location as it is in the middle of everything and right by the beach. Also were told someone would be there to greet us to take our luggage to the hotel when we arrived at the port and they were nowhere to be seen, we were also told someone would help us with our luggage back to the port on check out but they also couldn’t do this for us. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Pros: Great location - near town, on the beach Nice pool on the beach Good restaurant on the beach (Princess Restaurant) Friendly staff Cute kitties everywhere Cons: Although we appreciate it’s eco-friendly, you should know: There is no electricity without your (only) key in the interior slot, and their water is from a/c runoff. This means a) no A/C running while you’re gone, b) towels are always wet, c) warm water lasts 4-7 minutes, and d) your devices won’t charge when you’re out of the room. Room is smelly from mildew. Mattresses are hard as a rock. Overpriced given all the above. We paid $150/night, which is admittedly a “bargain” for Phi Phi in November, but come on.

Was a nice place to stay on the beach nice pool great location clean. The reason i took a star off was, they have these beach beds by the pool the second i sat at one the staff member came and demanded 1000 baht cash to sit there and it was the way he demanded and assumed i would know to pay for something that is a part of the hotel im staying at. Was very rude in his delivery it was off putting and it pissed me off.

This was my favorite spot on Ko phi phi The pool setting and beach were amazing and the breakfast was one of the best selections we have had on our whole trip it was incredible The bed was a little too firm was my only complaint

Breakfast was great. Room was great, but was not cleaned spotlessly like I've come to expect. Glass windows were dirty, glass mirrors were streaky, furniture in the room was noticeably stained. Hard water stains on the sink and in the shower, on the soap bottles, etc. Leaves and debri floating in the plunge pool. They need to spend another 20 minutes on the room before turning it over to the guests, and invest in a steam cleaner to get stains out of furniture. Beds were hard but manageable. Bar noise was audible but not really that big of a deal.
