From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Klong Ji-Lard Pier) - 9 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after 12 PM (noon) will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi.

Room was dirty, stains on pillows and duvet cover. Bathroom sink was blocked with hair and grime, mould all over the bathroom. Bugs constantly in the room, got bitten really bad overnight and woke up with new bites every morning

We only stayed here 1 night before deciding to go to another hotel. The pros: The location is good The staff were friendly and polite The gym was good The cons: The hotel is in need of a lot of TLC The rooms are dated, the doors don’t seal which allows mosquitoes and other bugs in We had ants all over our room The bed was like a rock The pillows felt like they were plywood with a bit of foam on either side The walls are paper thin The breakfast was mediocre

Disappointed for the cost. Thought I’d treat myself to something nice, and instead got a room with broken air conditioning the first night. They were able to move me for the last two. Wifi was terrible for the work I needed to get done while I was there. I had to email a central place to have my issues addresses and never got a response from them as I had requested several times. They left it to the powerless front desk to deal with my frustration. Would recommend a different place in Phi Phi for lower cost. Not worth the splurge.

The rooms are old and rundown, in need of an upgraded badly, the lady at check-in was very rude and had a bad attitude, they ask us to leave our keys at the desk when we leave our room, allowing our rooms to warm up a lot than when we come back. It’s prairie warm in the room andi it’s hard to get comfortable in the warm room..

The gym was great and the location is ideal. It’s still quiet at night while being minutes to down town Phi Phi. Breakfast was mediocre at best and the toilet barely flushed and shower drain super slow. Otherwise we loved it. The staff were wonderful. It’s clean and safe and very pretty even if it is a little dated. Enjoy!

Great spot, easy access from ferry boat dock. Very decent breakfast as well, with an even better view. Pool was very peacefyul and beautiful with almost outside noises from around the property. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be staying again.

Exactly like pictures.

Attentive staff. Requested room move due to drain smell. No issues and moved with no issues. Hotel is exactly as shown on the pictures. Only small issue - not enough sun beds. No shade. 5 large sunbeds for whole hotel. Would benefit from smaller and more sunbeds.
