Beautiful wooded location. Clean comfortable room. There is an interesting animal reserve next door. Lots of free parking. My only suggestion for improvement is to provide a bar of soap and shampoo. I thought the breakfast was decent but not great with no cooked food available. These minor points don’t detract from how nice a place this is.

This is a good location for families with younger children. It is helping the way for those looking for city amenities. It's unique to the animals kept site. There was a bit of a challenge for non-German speakers.

Loved this property. Beautiful because it is so tranquil with awesome walking trails. The staff was extremely friendly and we loved seeing all the peacocks, boars, and deer. A nice breakfast was provided and check in/out was super easy even though we arrived around 9:30. Really wish we could have stayed longer. Yes older towels, and they don’t provide a plethora of high end soaps but does that really warrant a complaint, NO. You are in nature so bugs can get in through open doors and windows but the rooms are cleaned thoroughly.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting, great for walking and feeding the deer. The weather was nice and a great dinner was enjoyed in the garden. The hotel is very peaceful.

Nicely situated in a forest

Typical family forest hotel, with very friendly staf. We arrived quite late, but the kitchen stayed open especially for us. The breakfast was good.

Die Möbel und das Bad im ersten Zimmer waren schon alt, und die Fernbedienung zum Fernseher ging auch nicht. Nach vielen Versuche das zu klären, haben wir dann doch ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Da war das Bad Modern, aber die Möbel im Zimmer auch sehr alt. Das Bett hat bei jeder noch so kleinsten Bewegung fürchterlich gequietscht. Ein schlafen war so nicht ausreichend möglich. Vor dem Fenster war in neuen Zimmer kein Moskito-Netz, was nicht so toll war. Gegessen haben wir dort nicht, da es schon sehr teuer war. Das Personal war recht freundlich und sehr bemüht.

Hotel ist schön und sauber. Ich habe, aber, ein Zimmer für 4 Personen gebucht und bezahlt, aber es gab nur 3 Betten. Der vierte für mein Kind mussten wir mit die Unterstützung von ein Mitarbeiter des Hotels adaptieren.

Toll gelegen im Wald, totale Ruhe nach 550 km mit dem Auto und 3 Kundenbesuchen. Schöne Wege um ein paar Schritte zu laufen. Personal sehr nett, Frühstück mit allem was man braucht!

Modernes u. bequemes Zimmer, sehr hell u. räumlich, einziger Nachteil die enge Wendeltreppe! Team sehr freundlich u. hilfsbereit. Sehr ruhige Lage, mit gute Verbindungen zu Autobahnen u. Koblenz.
