There is only one small elevator serving all 10 Floors and always crowded. During Covid-19 , this is not good and need to wait a long time just to get the empty elevators.

Good place to stay in Kochi City

Nice place to stay. The room was kind of small for 2 persons. I was looking forward to enjoying the hot spring, unfortunately, it wasn't available for men until 10 PM.

駅に近く すぐ側にスーパーもあり大変便利かと 飲食店には少し歩きますが許容範囲だと思います。 部屋は狭いですが綺麗でした。

朝食はバイキングで味はそこそこですが、会場がやや狭いため、おかわりは遠慮しました。 温泉一つしかなく、時間で男女が入れ替わるため予定を立てておかないと入れない可能性があります。

滞在のタイミングで大浴場が壊れていて使えなかった。それを期待していたのに補填はないと悪びれる様子もなく、せめて謝罪くらいは欲しかった。

挨拶と手際の良さ

駅からも近く、スーパーもそばにありとても便利。午前中に到着し荷物を預けに立ち寄ったところスタッフの方の手際の良さ、清掃員の方々の挨拶も丁寧で教育が行き届いてる印象を受けました。 お風呂は決して大きいとはいえず、男女交代制で少し不便を感じましたが、概ね快適に気持ちよく宿泊することができました。

スタッフさん達の対応は最高でした

駅から歩きますが、徒歩で４分くらいですぐわかり、夜に着きましたが辺りは静かでかなり暗いです。中に入る前に足裏の消毒マットがひいてあります。 フロントの方はとても対応が良く、感じの良い方々でした。ロビーは狭く、満室との事でソーシャルディスタンスは厳しい感じです。 ただ、部屋のキーは暗証番号で入るので、安心しました。りようしてませんが、男女入れ替えの温泉があり、部屋着や枕も好みを選べます。アメニティも女性宿泊者には１日5種類選べます。朝のバイキングも、満室のため混む時はバイキングをお弁当箱に入れて部屋で食べれる様に、されてました。ただし、席があれば部屋に持ち帰れないそうです。朝食の席はきちんと消毒されてたし、ビニル手袋着用で食事は取ることになってます。 エレベーターは一台しかなく、10階まであるので混雑する場面ありました。 部屋はシングルの広さにダブルのベッドと2段ベッドがありました。強度的に大丈夫か気になりました。2段ベッドば自分でベッドメイキングしないといけません。 窓は少し開けれますが隣は壁で何も見えません。空気穴があり、自分で調整できますが、フィルターに埃がかなり詰まってるので改善お願いします。 空気清浄機や冷蔵庫も完備されてますが、部屋が狭いのでくつろぐとは言えないです。 バスルームの湯圧は問題ないです。 二泊しましたが、清掃時間帯は入れないので注意です。（１０時から１５時） とにかくスタッフさん達の対応は素晴らしかったです。

チェックインは、タッチパネルの記入に時間がかかった。従来の記入式で良いと思う。 マクラの追加サービスは、数ある出張の悩みを解消してくれた。天然温泉の男女の時間割は残念。タイミングが合わず入れなかった。 朝食は概ね満足。
