Located on Spruce Cape Rd., this second floor apt is unattached from the main house and sits on a little more than an acre of land in a family-friendly neighborhood. It has views of the ocean in the front and a small forest of spruce in the back. This property is shared with a local family of six, who live in the main house, a friendly lab mix, and a plethora of local songbirds that greet you with every new day! Just like most things here, we are 5-10 minutes away from all local amenities.

Friendly residential neighborhood. House set back from the road. Five-minute drive to Safeway and Walmart, and an eight-minute drive to the harbor.
No loud music.
Please take your outside shoes off while in the apartment.

Comfortable and clean

We enjoyed this property very much. The host was warm and welcoming. The house was clean and well stocked, with lots of natural light. We enjoyed walking to town and watching the ocean from the front windows. Would highly recommend!

Really quiet neighborhood and very clean space. You could hear the waves at night if stormy. Hosts were delightful and so caring! Love this space so close to the water and the sunrise!

The host was very accommodating , thank you for the blender to use. The host kept to themselves and it was private. The bed was comfortable. I worked while visiting, the internet didn't skip a beat. It was stormy during my stay, you could hear the waves crashing and the bouy whistling. Thank you for having me!
