* Wrong address information The address shown in the reservation lead us to very different hotel in deep wood site. We have arrived at late hours (notified to hotel in advance) and it was very scary to go wrong wood road. * Different room type The reservation said, 3 beds plus loft with 2 futon. My kids were looking forward to sleep in the loft bed. But the room provided was without loft.
