The place itself was great. I would have given 5 stars but be aware that the generic "contact the host" that VRBO offers before you arrive sends you to people who have no idea about the place. I asked specific questions about what would be available (such as spices, foil, cooking oil, shampoo, drinking water,...) and everything these hosts told me was wrong. Once you get to the place there is a different email in a folder that gets you the actual host. Other than that it was clean, spacious for the four of us, and well located (although be aware than most restaurants in the area close around 8 PM). Great access to beach. I would stay here again.

Wonderful and spacious Condo in Poipu!

This condo was so centrally located in a very nice community. Sidewalks, amenities were great like pool and hot tub. My grandsons lived the gym. Beautiful vegetation. The actual condo was beyond expectations! Large rooms 3BR and 3 Baths kept everyone comfortable! The kitchen was fully supplied with anything we needed! Loved have coffee on the lanai each morning. Washer/dryer was very nice to have. Chairs and other beach supplies were provided. I will recommend this place e to anyone who goes to Kauai! So very please with proximity to shopping, food, coffee and the beach!

Two Main suites excellent for multiple couples

Having two main ensuites at opposite ends of the condo was excellent. The “two twins” bedroom has a bathroom just outside its door and is also well spaced from the other two bedrooms. Nicely appointed, comfortable furniture and beds. Quick drive to many restaurants and Poipu beach . Nice pool. A minor negative: It is right on the main entrance drive.

Definitely would book again!

This condo and Pili Mai was the perfect place for 3 single adult family members who all wanted separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely in every way! Only issues were that the dishwasher absolutely wouldn’t clean dishes, no matter how many times we re-ran it, so we hand washed everything. Also the kitchen faucet only runs lukewarm water. Apart from those issues, the place was absolutely perfect for us and we would definitely stay here on a future trip to Kauai.

Lovely property in nice area

Overall the condo was clean and in nice condition. The bed was very comfortable and overall with size of rooms I had plenty of space! Location was tucked away from the action and it was quiet, which I liked. Walking distance to shops and coffee. Vacasa was very helpful when I could not find the lock box. No bugs, too.

Very nice condo, very clean. Noisy with traffic when sitting on the patio and people stomping upstairs. Otherwise, condo was very spacious and had all amenities we needed. Great location, nice pool area and grounds. Lots of chickens.

Magnificient place

Great location, close to many beaches and great opportunity to see sea turtles. We highly recommend staying there. Be advise that some pictures show like if you are close to the pool but that is not the case. It's just a really short walk.

Great Location and Space for Family

Our family of six adults (3 generations) had a fantastic week long stay! We were able to easily explore the entire island from this location. Ground floor was great for my parents who are in their 70s. House had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and make snacks / lunches for our day trips to the beach which is a 15-20 minute walk. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again with a group this size versus multiple hotel rooms. Mahalo!

We loved our stay!!

Upon arrival there was a welcome package containing local favorites including chocolates, granola, cookies, and more! The home was super clean and spacious, a quality home with high-end appliances and nearly everything you could need. Just a note - we arrived after dark and the front door was a bit hard to find, despite a note advising us to walk around to the left. The assigned parking space is basically on the opposite side from the unit's front door, but once we figured it out, it was fine. Such a step up from some of the VRBOs we've stayed at. The pool and hot tub are great features, especially since it gets dark so early in January. They help to fill up the evening hours for both kids and adults. Loved the chickens and roosters. They reminded us of home.

Beautiful condo with perfect location to all places of interest, food etc

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay in Kuaui in this beautiful 3 bedroom condo at Pili Mai. It was very comfortable and conveniently located to the best beaches, places of interest and restaurants, grocery etc. The house was very well furnished.

Wonderful. Everything we needed was there. Our kids loved the access to the pool and the ample beach accommodations. Everything was clean and well organized. Very welcoming with the kitchen island gifts and guides. Location was close to it all. Anyone should treat this as a high-level stay with world-class accommodations.

Amazing condo!

This condo is amazing! Plenty of space with double masters and a third bedroom. We loved the easy access since it was on the first floor—never had any issues with noise above or next to us. Plenty of beach toys, accessories, etc! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Not sure if this was just a temporary thing, but the pool was cold, which wasn’t a huge deal since we spent most our time at the beach anyway. Also for those wondering, there’s a path that takes you down to the beach—can’t imagine it’s more than 1/2 mile. We walked it a lot but not with all the beach stuff, which may be a little much if you have young kids in tow. I’d recommend a rental car if you plan on spending time with kids at poipu (or any other) beach!

Fantastic place for a family!

My wife and kids (aged 5, 3, and 1) stayed in five different places over three weeks in Kauai and this was our favorite. The property had multiple bedrooms which meant my wife and I had a master bedroom, the toddlers had a room, and the baby had a room. The pool was perfect with a good size toddler pool, main pool, and hot tub. The location was very convenient to Poipu Beach Park, and the kids loved the sand toys the unit came with. The location was central to the area shopping centers and restaurants. Got a great Waimea Canyon hike in driving from this spot as well. Should we return to Kauai, this will be top of our list!
