Loved the place, exactly as described and better
We, a family of 4 (two adults/two kids), stayed 5 nights. The minute we opened the door our vacation began: What a nice view. But the apartment is more than the view: Everything is very clean, in very good condition and thought trough in detail. The kitchen is well equipped, the living and dining room are just lovely, the bedroom is very comfortable and the kids slept great on the pop out sofa. When the kids were asleep we spent the evening out on the balcony, lots of room.
The apartment complex is very well maintained and it is sharing a beach bay with the Sheraton hotel, we found our beach spot easily and the beach has never been crowded. Just minutes away is the Poipu Beach park and litteraly across the street a nice pool complex with a pool bar / restaurant. Also a great breakfast place is just across the street as well as a shopping mall. A further shopping mall as well as further island hot spots and restaurants are just minutes away. Easy parking right in front of the condo. Lots of clean BBQ places throughout the complex.
Katalika has been a terrific host and answered our one request in no time.
Other reviews reported about street noise, but we weren't bothered. We totally love the apartment. We visited 4 islands and rented 4 apartment, but living water paradise is our favorite. We definitely would book the place again.
