Amazing Accommodations

We stayed for two weeks. The house was amazing. The property had everything we needed to feel at home. The pool and hot tub were phenomenal. We all enjoyed the game room. The lanai was by far the best spot for morning coffee and evening dinners. The property manager was one of the best I have worked with. When we visit the island again…this is where we will stay!

Great House

Great House with the right number of rooms/bathrooms for our group of 2 families. the Pool was a highlight for the kids.the location was very good for adventures on the southern side of the island. Overall we had a great time and would stay in the house again if/when we go back to Kauai.

Very Nice

It’s a very nice home with a lot of amenities. We enjoyed being on the golf course and watching people golf. It was nice having a private pool and spa. It is a very quiet neighborhood because at the end of a cul-de-sac. It was the perfect vacation spot for our family of 8. We also enjoyed the game room.

This home is beyond belief. It’s in a wonderful setting backing up to the 4th (?) fairway, great privacy, golfer and rooster watching. The pool and hot tub were spotless (as was the home), warm and surprisingly deep. Plenty of towels and seating spots for sun or relaxation. The house has everything you might need in appliances and cooking utensils. The same for pool/beach equipment. The lanai got lots of use, especially the outdoor tv for NCAA BB tournament. Very comfortable for dining or socializing, esp. in the evening- constant breeze no bugs! Great location, convenient to shopping, dining, beaches. The hosts were very accommodating and always available if any probs. All the systems and appliances worked as expected, so very little contact other than at arrival, except for needing some clarification by us to ensure we were using a/c correctly. (Not much a/c use due to constant breeze and mild temps/humidity.) Other than having a great time on the property, we did the Plantation Rum Tour, which was a really fun experience. Two exceptional mai’tais and rum sampling contributed to that (adults only tour), but the guide was hilarious and very well informed on his subject matter. West, east and north side exploring was self guided with on-line advice from travelers. If any of us return to Kauai, Wainiani will be our first choice for group lodging.

I don’t know that you can find a better place. Everything about this house was perfect for our group. The home is well stocked and put together. 8 adults had a comfortable and enjoyable time. We cooked several dinners at home and had everything we needed. Pool area is gorgeous And plenty of fun in the game room. Will definitely keep this home in mind for future visits.

Excellent property! Pool/hot tub was perfect. Great patio with awesome views and open to the kitchen. Kids and adults enjoyed the games in the garage. Fully equipped with beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, surf boards, coolers etc.

A Great Stay

The property was very much "as advertised". Lovely, functional, super clean and very well supplied. The Game Room was a hit. The pool and Jacuzzi and the deck got lots of use. The property is less than a 10 minute drive to numerous beaches with wonderful snorkeling areas. Nicole was very helpful and easy to work with. We would stay again if we had the opportunity.

Dreamy Vacation Home

Location: Heart of south side Kauai, 2 min from Poipu (nightly turtles) or Brennecke’s (waves!) beaches, 30 min from Costco and Safeway but local markets nearby, an hour from Waimea canyon, 90 min from Princeville and Hā’ena (Tunnels beach for snorkeling!). And more! Property: This place really has everything except a beachfront and even that is only a 2 min drive. Pictures on VRBO do not do this home justice. Landscaping creates a lush, private and delightfully tropical paradise with pathways and wildlife surprises. Kitchen has tons of space and high end appliances. Pool and hot tub are spacious and perfect lazy days at home. The kids (and adults) never wanted to leave the game room. All the pool/beach gear for use was in pretty great shape! I love that this was such a perfectly curated rental and still accommodating for families with very young kids. Host: Nicole is just exceptional. Very thorough with property information including labels, operation instructions and check in/out. She’s thought of every possible detail that renters would need, including kids dinner ware and a full Tupperware drawer for those packed beach snacks. Nicole is super easy to get in touch with - VRBO app, phone call, email, text message. I love that she has been so generous to share her beautiful home. Without a doubt, if we make a return visit to Kauai, this is where we would stay again - it’s just too good of a value for all that it has to offer and it truly felt like our home for a week.

Amazing stay.

This property is truly amazing. The house is beautiful and has everything needed for a great trip, including extras like laundry detergent & shampoo & conditioner. The pictures don’t do it justice. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Pool is bigger than I expected and very deep, great for my teenage kids to play and swim in. The host was extremely helpful and responsive.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful property on the south shore of the garden isle of Kauai. The home exceeded even our highest expectations and was very well appointed across the board. From pool and beach toys and towels to laundry facilities to kitchen pantry basics and cookware, the house had it all. Nicole clearly thought through every detail and was incredibly helpful and responsive. The house's location was great - mere minutes from the beach, activities, restaurants, and shopping while nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Our group of 7 guests ranged in age from 10 to 74, and we would absolutely return given the chance. We highly recommend this property and area. Mahalo, Nicole!

Great family vacation spot

We stayed for spring break with the kids, and a few other family members for a great stay. The house has excellent amenities, with probably one of the best stocked kitchens for equipment and features. Plenty of things to do in the house, the game room was a huge hit! The location was great, quick hops out to Poipu beach and Old Koloa Town made it easy to get out and enjoy our time there.

My husband and I stayed here for 12 days over the Christmas holiday, with our four children ages 14 to 20, and my parents who are in their 80s. From the moment we drove up to the property, we knew we found the perfect place. It was extremely well equipped (everything you’d ever need in a kitchen), tasteful decor, beautiful location, incredibly clean and unbelievably amazing. It was thoughtfully designed and the space was perfect for the 8 of us. The hosts, Nicole & Dusty, were incredibly helpful and were quick to respond to some of our questions. We would absolutely return and stay here again!

Fun in the sun

The house was amazing, so clean and well stocked we barbecued and cooked dinners in the kitchen and we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were so much fun! The game room was a fun place to hang out and we had everything we needed for the beaches. Nicole was also very helpful and a wonderful host. I would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay here again!

Beautiful home

There were a total of seven of us. All adults. This was a graduation trip for two 18 year old cousins. We wanted to stay in a home, rather than a hotel/ resort. This fit the bill. There were two masters with king size beds. One upstairs and one downstairs. One master and 2 bedrooms are located downstairs. The other master is located upstairs with the living room and kitchen. A third bedroom had a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom had two twins. There was a total of 4 bathrooms. The living room had a sectional with built in recliners, which was a must for Papa, who has back issues. We loved the sliding glass doors that opened up the whole back side of the room leading out to the deck where the BBQ, dining table and a seating area were. Overlooking the golf course. Excellent view of the “sleeping giant” mountain. The teens (and adults) enjoyed the well planned game room located in the garage. Shuffle board out back. The house was very well stocked. Lots of boogie boards, paddle boards and beach chairs on the days you wanted to go to the beach. Beautiful pool. Well maintained. The kitchen was also well stocked with dishes, silverware, cups, pots n pans, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Was easy to cook a meal. I also like that they leave things from previous renters, such as foil, plastic wrap, napkins, spices, condiments. With the high cost of food, this was very helpful.
