Not a couple friendly spa hotel

This hotel was good if you bring children, but not for couples: Bad food! Really not worth the money - we bought dinner included but only used it once. Breakfast was not good either. The pool and the spa was too cold (a spa should be min. 35-36 degrees, not 33). The cleaning included no bed-making and no vacuming. The personel was not service minded and half of them did not speak neither English, nor German. Not worth 4 stars if you ask me.

+ sauberes Zimmer und Bad + zweckmäßig Ausgestattet + - Schwimmbad ok aber nur zur Hälfte geöffnet ++ sehr sauberer Strand (dafür kann aber Hotel nichts) - Personal unmotiviert - Zeiten Essen unmöglich - Abendessen 16:30 - 19:00 und ab 18:30 etwa wird nichts mehr aufgefüllt. - Die Auswahl des Essen (immer das gleiche und vor allem wenig auswahl) Unser Kind hat sich nur von Melone und teockenen Brötchen ernährt weil kaum Auswahl zur Verfügung stand. Dementsprechend mussten wir trotz Halbpension auswärts zu Abend essen. - Ab 21:00 ist im Hotel "Nachtruhe" , keine Bar kein Restaurant mehr einfach nichts... Parken am Hotel nur per Parkautomat und extrem wenige kostenlose Parkplätze. Parkhaus für über 20€ pro Tag möglich Fazit: Weder das Hotel noch der Ort an sich werden uns wohl wieder sehen. Es ist ein Ort für ältere Menschen (alles voller Kurhotels) und in etwa genauso teuer wie die Ostseeküste in Deutschland. Die möglichen Freizeitaktivitäten halten sich sehr in Grenzen.

Abzocke! Wir haben für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (12 Jahre und 15 Jahre) das genaue Alter bei der Buchung angegeben. Beim einchecken wurde uns gesagt dass wir für 2 kleine Kinder gebucht haben und verlangen von uns noch extra Geld für die Reise. Das Personal an Rezeption ist sehr unhöflich, unfreundlich und frech. Nach dem Gespräch mit dem Chef an der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt dass wir 2 Zustellbetten kostenlos bekommen. Aber nach der Abreise wurde von uns wieder Geld verlangt. Wir wurden beschimpft und beschuldigt dass wir das alles absichtlich gemacht haben um weniger Geld zu bezahlen. In unsere Zimmer standen nur 2 Einzelnbetten nicht mal Betten für kleine Kinder, Ein Stern ist schon zu viel für das Hotel. Einfach nur Abzocke.

Das Gebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Apartments sehen entsprechend aus. Angefangen von abfallenden Scheuerleisten bis gebrochener Duschhalterung. Ein vernünftiges Duschen unmöglich! Das so genannte "dritte" Bett war so durchgelegen, dass unser Sohn mit Rückenschmerzen nach Hause gefahren ist. Insgesamt ist das Hotel nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Schade.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Wir waren drei Nächte in dem Hotel und hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut und es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplätze gibt es rund um das Hotel auch ausreichend die jedoch innerhalb der Woche gebührenpflichtig sind. Am Wochenende sind die Parkplätze kostenlos. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über einen Balkon. Die Betten sind zwar sehr weich aber wir haben ganz hervorragend geschlafen. Die Verpflegung sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen ist sehr gut und es sollte für jeden etwas dabei sein. Insgesamt können wir es nur weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Uhøfligt personale, de smiler ikke, soger ikke godmorgen/god aften/velkommen (i restauranten og baren) Sindssygt dårlige senge, vi døjede med ondt i ryggen hver morgen og måtte 2 gange til massør under vores ophold på 5 dage. Livredderen så sur ud fra vi kom til vi gik INTET personale kan engelsk! Virkelig utilfredstillende! Dejlig hunde venligt hotel, der stod to hubde senge da vi ankom. Rengøringen kunne man pege og lave fagter med mht. Rengøring af værelse. Virkeli venlig udstråligt trods ingen engelsk forståelse. Maden var meget svingende i kvalitet, nogle dage var juice maskinen tændt, andre slukket. Afrydnings personalet var ikke smilende og kunne heller ikke engelsk! Leje af cykler gik problemfrit, de bar dog ikke i den perfekte stand. Perfekt beliggenhed! Alt i alt kan dette hotel ikke anbefales og forstår vitterligt ikke at det er et 4☆☆☆☆ hotel! Det er os en gåde

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig, eine defekte Hotelzimmertür wurde innerhalb von vier Tagen nicht repariert, das wiederholte zeigen von der Zimmerkarte und eines Hotel - Ausweises sowohl beim Essen als auch im Bade- und Wellnessbereich war wirklich anstrengend. Reinigungsservice fürs Zimmer bestand lediglich im Wechsel der Handtücher und Bereitstellung zweier kleiner Wasserflaschen. Nachdem das Kind einmal im Zimmer erbrochen hatte und der Reinigungsservice verständigt werden musste , kamen zwei Damen die ihrem Unmut über das Geschehene durch das permanente wiederholen polnischer Schimpfwörter deutlich zum Ausdruck brachten. Schlussendlich bleibt es ein kinderfreundliches Hotel mit guter Ausstattung , Abstriche müssen jedoch bei der Freundlichkeit des Personals und beim Reinigungsservice hingenommen werden.

Sunkigt dåligt hotell

Det sämsta hotell vi bott på, gammalt, slitet, sunkigt och luktar väldigt illa på rummen. Trasiga ellamporna, sladdar som hänger, sängar i dåligt skick känner fjädrarna behöver bytas till nya, dålig mat, ingen handsprit i matsalen, otrevlig personal som är mycket långsam med incheckning. Hela hotellet behöver renoveras, motsvarar högst 2 stjärnor, en stor besvikelse, fotona stämmer inte alls med verkligheten, åk inte hit!

Expedia hat bei der Beschreibung nirgends darauf hingewiesen, dass direkt neben dem Hotel eine Großbaustelle ist!!!!!!!!!! Das war extrem nervig! Selbst in der Nacht wurde dort teilweise gearbeitet! An Schlaf war nicht zu denken, sodass der Urlaub mit Erholung nichts zu tun hatte!

Direkt neben dem Hotel ist eine Großbaustelle. Hat man ein Zimmer auf dieser Seite sollte man sich darauf einrichten das 07:00 die Nachtruhe vorbei ist und das man auch bis 02:00 Nachts mit Baulärm rechnen muss. Bei der Auswahl der Betten, sollte man unbedingt bei Paaren, ein Doppelbett auswählen. Die Matratzen in den Einzelbetten waren unterschiedlich hoch und fest. Ein Tausch war leider nicht möglich. Positiv kann man die Verpflegung erwähnen. Das Angebot war gut und reichlich.

Katastrophales Hotel (dreckig, kaputt, mangelhaft)

Als wir im Hotel ankamen, bekamen wir ein Zimmer, welches ganz und gar nicht unserer gebuchten Kategorie entsprach. Wir hatten die Spa Suite gebucht ( höchste Kategorie auf Hotels.com) und bekamen ein Zimmer, welches sich in einem unglaublich dreckigen und kaputten Zustand befand. Beim Zimmer angekommen, war zunächst das Schloss kaputt, sodass sich die Tür mit der Karte nicht öffnen ließ. Der Hausmeister baute direkt ein neues Schloß ein. Die gesamte Zeit mussten wir warten und konnten unser Zimmer nicht nutzen. Als wir dann endlich im Zimmer waren, konnten wir nicht glauben, in welchem katastrophalen Zustand sich das Zimmer befand. Nicht nur, dass es dreckig und kaputt war, darüber hinaus lagen auch noch persönliche Gegenstände der vorherigen Gäste im Zimmer (u.a. eine Brille seitlich unter dem Bett). Die Couch (weiße Ledercouch) war so kaputt, dass auf der Sitzfläche kaum noch das weiße Leder erkennbar war. Nachdem wir uns an der Rezeption beschwert hatten, bekamen wir ein neues Zimmer (abgebliches Upgrade, obwohl schon höchste Kategorie gebucht). Das neue Zimmer war unwesentlich besser. Auch dort waren Wände, Böden und Möbel beschädigt und dreckig (anscheinend in diesem Hotel der Normalzustand der Zimmer). Darüber hinaus gab es keinen Zimmerservice, keine Parkplätze (im gesamten Nahbereich alles gebührenpflichtig) und auch das Buffet war nicht zufriedenstellend und für ein 4-Sterne- Hotel mangelhaft. Auch das Personal war sehr unfreundlich. FAZIT: NIE WIEDER DIESES HOTEL
