A total floor area is 20m², but the upper level adds approximately the same amount, bringing the total usable space to around 40 m². On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with a small kitchenette and a compact bathroom. The upstairs loft offers a king-size bed (180×200cm) for two adults, which can also be separated into two 90×200cm twin beds if preferred. The living room features a cozy and heat-providing cast iron fireplace. Additionally, an air-source heat pump provides warmth in winter and cooling in summer. A small fridge is available and for cooking, there's a built-in stove and an electric kettle.Outside there is a private yard with fireplace-grill, terrace with furniture and peaceful surroundings.
