Hi if I could have Zero star I would certainly give you that for my recent stay , my stay was shorten because this was the only option given to me , in other words I was forced to leave the property and what I got in return was peanuts , you have charge more then 50% for issues which you could have checked it before we were going in , that apartment has not been deep cleaned for long time , whoever is the cleaning company they should be accountable for it and your lack of management, you guys are very cruel absolutely no sense of humanity .
About the service we got as soon as we walked we was welcome by dust , stains , broken base of mattress , filthy mattress , dirty sheets , everything was reported to HUSWELL but nothing was done as we been told that we could not change mattress and could not send anyone to clean apartment as the landlord is not available ( he is only available to screw people) .
After numerous complaints to VRBO and huswell both of them were willingly to help us , huswell only gave us the option to shorten the stay and go somewhere else and find a property on your risk and pay somewhere else , so we asked to charge us a fair amount as the place needs deep clean and sheets and mattress needs changing or relocate us to another property as they had another property available on VRBO from same host but huswell was not willing to help .
So our bad experience ends with 2 nights stay I had to sleep on sofa to make some space for kids to sleep properly.
