Please respect the property and the other neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours which are from 10 pm to 7 am and 2 pm to 5 pm. We kindly ask that you refrain from playing loud music or engaging in any activities that may disturb the neighbors.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. We kindly request that you use the designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Noise and Respect: Please be considerate of the peaceful environment and the neighboring properties. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure a tranquil atmosphere for all neighbors.

Maximum Occupancy: The apartment has a maximum occupancy limit 6 person, which must be strictly adhered to. Exceeding the stated number of guests without prior arrangement is not permitted.

Pets Policy: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment to maintain a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

Security and Valuables: While every effort has been made to provide a secure environment, please ensure that you lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
