Staff is great, but the rooms are cramped and the mattresses are hard. Breakfast is pretty good, but short of top notch. Crowds of people were a big drawback. It seemed there were always too many people in the lobby.

My last choice of hotel to date in Hong Kong

Not the usual 4 star hotel experience that I had. The hotel is dated and the room is small. I can barely move in there shower/ toilet. Over experience with the service team was unpleasant. Housekeeping only cleared the bins n washed the toilet. My bed was not made.
