Bring your own pool. Have been travelling for 6 weeks and these are the worst pillows we have come across. The weight of your head causes the filling to push out to the sides so you have nothing to support your head and neck. Very hard to sleep and a lot of neck pain for all four family members. Hotels are predominantly for sleeping so please change the pillows that aren't just for show. There were stains on the carpet like the place hadn't been refurbished for 20 years. The sofa bed was like an old trampoline and had a massive dip in the middle so the kids rolled on top of each other which created issues. On the plus side, the location is good and the view of the city lights (through the dirty windows) was nice. They just need to invest some money on updating things that are well past their used by date.

The Front Desk upgraded us to the Full Harbour View which was stunning. The Staff was very accomodative and we had a splendid stay in Hong Kong The Location of the hotel was so convenient to the Metro Rail, Indian Resturants, Shopping malls - All in all a great vacation

I am quite surprised that heating system is available in this hotel, not in other neighbourhood hotels in the same Tsimshatsui area. The cold front hit Hong Kong during my stay and had a record low temperature. It's really a bonus for a frequent traveller as it exceeded my expectation, appreciated it very much.

Beautiful view! Hotel staff are excellent and very friendly. Hotel is walkable to most of the population attractions. Close to many restaurants and bakeries. I would recommend it to everyone!

Cleaning was everything 3 days. However, since we left after 12pm on the third day, our room was never cleaned. Stayed 6 nights and they never cleaned it other than trash and towel refresh.

I had good childhood memory of this YMCA location in the 80's. I am so glad that I can bring my family (my husband and two kids) to visit and stay in the new built YMCA hotel. My city view suite was upgraded to a harbour view for our 10-night stay. Since my daughter was having her birthday during the stay, they gave her a cute Happy Birthday panda as a gift. The first room assigned had a broken sofa bed leg so we had to change to another hotel room with identical room layout -- that was a great relief. We LOVE our spacious hotel room with harbour view. Housekeeping would clear our garbage daily and clean our entire every 3 days, which was perfect for us eco-friendly family. Self service laundry was on our 9th floor so we had fun getting the tokens to wash and dry our clothes twice. We enjoyed this very convenient location for tourists with a lot of HK cafes, HK snacks and drinks, Asian restaurants and fancy shopping malls. We even invited our relatives to have a dinner buffet at Haven restaurant before we left HK. The secret to go for MTR (TST station) is to take that L3 elevator in between Kowloon Hotel and Peninsula Hotel, just across the streets diagonally!! If we ever visit HK again for stopover or anything, we would LOVE to stay here again.
