Water was a lttile cold for shower. Lucky the weather is hot. Staff very helpful wirh everything including bags. The poolside rooms are convenient. I personally loved the view, fresh juice, omlette and fruit for breakfast alot of other options too. The grounds and pool are good.

Beautiful location and the hotel is very nice. Two complaints - they have very few lounge chairs for relaxing by the pool or beachfront and they have only one coffee machine, causing long waits for coffee during the breakfast buffet. With some small improvements, this hotel could be wonderful!!

The room was not ready at check-in, but everything else was great. It was a lovely room. We love the West side and are glad we booked there. The breakfast was the best we had in our 12 days in Thailand.

Nice, large room that was relatively clean. They have a one pool/beach towel per guest per day policy which seems reasonable except you have to wait until the next day when your room is cleaned to exchange your towel. We had to ask multiple times to get fresh beach/pool towels. Breakfast choices were limited and items were often empty. Railay beach is busy with a constant flow of longtail boats parking along the shore to load and unload passengers. They also park in the swimming area (aka no boats should be allowed) in front of the hotel, making swimming and beach playing dangerous. The hotel should enforce the policy of no boats in its swimming area. On the positive, staff is extremely friendly. We found the bellman and the front desk to be very friendly and helpful.

Room was good as were the pool facilities. We had a pool access room. Service and quality of food in the ‘restaurant’ wasn’t good at all and needs serious improvement. There was an offer of a NYE buffet dinner with ‘free’ soft drinks which we thought was Daylight robbery and skipped for the very good free evening 5 metres away on the beach. Hotel does not try to serve alcohol and does not feature it on menu’s. It’s a kinda strange business model in a party location like Railay. Consequently restaurant was generally deserted in the evening, that along with surly service Breakfast service was a little better but staff not responsive and counter kept running out of glasses, cups etc most days. Food wasn’t very good quality either.

Outstanding in every area. Right on beach, great breakfast. Before tourists arrive and its quiet, cant imagine a more perfect beach. Pool area lovely, recommend rooms overlooking it, although the chalets looked gorgeous too.

The property was beautiful. We did encounter some noise from the street behind the hotel but as soon as i told the front desk they arranged for another room. Very lovely spot and the monkeys around the pool were a nice treat.

What an amazing place! Railay beach is just beautiful, and loved having breakfast overlooking the beach before the crowds showed up. Great large room and bathroom, super clean, right beside a beautiful pool which is exactly what you want after a long day exploring the beaches and sights of Krabi. The monkeys even joined in one day ! The maid left us some fun towel animals every day. Staff as very friendly and helpful. Transfer to and from the hotel was flawless. Great place.

The room was fine, that staff was very nice. Please don't try so hard to make it feel as though we haven't departed from the USA and its culture. The loud american music at night was annoying, and we would have preferred hearing the natural sounds of the water and woods. We were hoping to be coming to a place that was less like home, noisy, smelly with exhaust, and not seeming to be authentic culturally Thai. It seemed to be exploiting the nature there and catering to guests who could have stayed home for much the same experience. We hope that the environment, trees, water and native animals will not be endangered as most everywhere in America they are. We hope there will be care in how your land is treated. Guess we picked the wrong place, a resort. We were thinking we might avoid the crowds of Phuket. Though the area was naturally beautiful, sadly, we didn't experience what we had hoped for, nature and quiet. I understand that tourism is important to local's livelihoods, but also hope there will be care to always keep a balance with the environment.
